1. Service Introduction and Purpose

The “Naetaro” service (the “Service”) provided by WOWJOTA (와우조타, the “Company”) is a web-based service offering tarot-card-based decision-making reference content. The Service is provided for entertainment and self-reflection reference purposes only, presenting symbolic perspectives and behavioral guidance for everyday concerns.

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and users. By signing up for or using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

• Only individuals aged 14 or older may use the Service. Accounts of users under 14 may be deleted if discovered.
• Users must provide accurate personal information, including name and actual date of birth. Any disadvantage caused by false information is the user’s responsibility.
• You may sign up through social login (Kakao, Google). The terms of those connected accounts also apply.

3. Disclaimer (Important)

All outputs provided by the Service — including tarot interpretations, action guides, and AI personalized readings — are symbolic interpretations and general suggestions for reference only, and are not predictions, diagnoses, prescriptions, or guarantees about your specific circumstances.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any decisions, actions, or direct/indirect damages (financial, emotional, relational) that users incur based on Service outputs.
• Tarot card results are based on random draws and interpretation algorithms; they do not predict the future or determine reality.
• AI interpretations are probabilistic outputs from large language models and are not a means of verifying specific facts or another person’s actual feelings.

4. Responsible Use / Anti-Overuse

To help users engage with the Service in a healthy way, we advise the following.

• Repeatedly drawing cards on the same question does not improve interpretation quality and may be a sign of decision avoidance.
• If you find yourself preoccupied with negative results, or feel unable to make decisions without consulting the Service, we recommend taking a break.
• The Company may display guidance messages encouraging voluntary usage pacing based on repeated-use patterns.

5. Protection for Psychologically Vulnerable Users

The Company acknowledges that tarot services may be accessed by emotionally vulnerable users, and prioritizes user emotional safety.

• If you are dealing with depression, panic, extreme grief after a breakup, or thoughts of self-harm or suicide, we strongly recommend seeking help from a qualified mental health professional or the hotlines above, rather than relying on this Service.
• The Service does not use expressions that promote or glamorize suicide, self-harm, or violence. However, please understand that symbolic systems may include cards that can be interpreted negatively.
• If any reading causes you severe anxiety or distress, please stop using the Service immediately and consult a professional.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not engage in the following conduct:

• Impersonating other people’s accounts or social login credentials
• Providing paid fortune-telling, divination, or counseling to third parties using Service outputs
• Reverse-engineering, scraping, or illegitimately collecting data from the Service by automated means
• Any conduct that disrupts Service operation or infringes on other users’ rights
• Fraudulent payments, improper refund requests, or any action pursuing improper financial gain

7. Changes to and Suspension of the Service

While the Company strives to provide stable service, the Service may be changed or suspended temporarily or permanently in the following cases:

• Technical reasons such as system maintenance, failure response, or security patches
• Force majeure including natural disasters or national emergencies
• Business policy changes or service restructuring

In the event of long-term suspension, the Company will provide advance notice. Unused portions of paid products will be processed per the Refund Policy.

8. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes related to Service use shall first be resolved through mutual consultation; if resolution is not reached, either party may file a suit in the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.

Matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by applicable laws (E-Commerce Act, Act on Regulation of Terms and Conditions, Information and Communications Network Act, etc.) and commercial practice.
