This notice covers WOWJOTA's ("the Company") sending of marketing information and use of personal data for marketing purposes within the "Naetaro" service.
Consent is optional. Declining does not restrict signup or service use. The consent is collected separately under Article 50 of the Network Act (marketing communications) and Article 15-2 of the Personal Information Protection Act (additional use of personal data).
1. Marketing Communications
What we send
- New feature announcements (e.g., new tarot decks, new reading modes)
- Events & promotions (e.g., coupons, free token grants)
- Operational notices (e.g., scheduled maintenance, policy updates)
Channels
- Push notifications (in-app)
Frequency
- Limited to 1–3 times per month.
2. Personal Data for Marketing
Data used
- Reading usage patterns (topics of interest, frequency)
- Payment history (products purchased, timing)
- Access information (device, region)
Purposes
- Personalized recommendations
- Feature planning and improvement
- Statistical analysis (excluding identifiable information)
3. Retention & Use Period
- Excluded immediately from marketing send/analysis upon withdrawal of consent
- Retained until membership termination
4. Decline & Withdrawal
- Consent is optional; declining does not restrict signup or service use.
- You may withdraw any time after signup via My Page > Settings > "Marketing Communications & Personalization".
- Sending and analysis stop immediately upon withdrawal.
- Per the Network Act, the Company notifies consented members annually of the fact of their consent.
